Refund policy

At Simply Beau, we’re passionate about pets and committed to making sure you’re happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

🐾 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order number)

Please contact us at simply-beau@outlook.com before returning any items. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

 

🐾 Non-Returnable Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

  • Perishable or custom-made goods 

 

🐾 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 
 

If your refund is late or missing, please:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times can vary

  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at simply-beau@outlook.com

 

🐾 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us simply-beau@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

🐾 Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
